Everything you need to know before getting started.

Longevity medicine focuses on extending not just lifespan, but healthspan — the number of years you spend in good health, with energy, cognitive function, and physical capacity. It combines evidence-based lifestyle medicine with personalised diagnostics, hormonal health, metabolic optimisation, and preventative care. At The Healthy Longevity Clinic, we take a lifestyle-up approach: building on the most powerful foundations first.
No — and this is an important distinction. The Healthy Longevity Clinic is a health promotion and preventative medicine service. Dr Kimberley is not acting as your GP, and this clinic does not replace NHS primary care.

We do not manage acute illness, new or urgent symptoms, or medical emergencies. For anything urgent, you should contact your NHS GP, call 111, or attend A&E.

What we offer is something different: the time, depth, and specialist focus to look at your long-term health in a way that a standard GP appointment simply cannot.
We do not treat acute illness (infections, injuries, chest pain, shortness of breath, and so on). We do not provide emergency or urgent care. We do not manage ongoing NHS-level conditions as your primary clinician.

If you are unsure whether your situation is appropriate for this service, please contact us — we are always happy to advise.
All consultations take place online, by secure video link. There is no need to travel. You can attend from anywhere in the UK, from the comfort of your home.

The only time travel may be required is for blood tests — though many tests can be done at home by finger-prick, or through our nationwide phlebotomy network with over 46 locations across the UK.
After your initial consultation, Dr Kimberley will recommend a personalised blood panel based on your health concerns and goals. We will arrange this through our phlebotomy partners or advise on home finger-prick testing where appropriate.

If you have had blood tests recently — whether through your NHS GP or privately — please send these ahead of your consultation. We will review them and advise if any need to be repeated or supplemented.
Absolutely. We believe in personalised medicine. If you have specific concerns or preferences, we will work with you to build a panel that reflects them.
Yes, and we actively encourage you to share them. NHS testing is a useful starting point, though our panels often go deeper — looking at markers that are not routinely tested in primary care but that are highly relevant to long-term health. We will let you know if anything needs to be added or repeated.
No. Package fees cover consultation time with Dr Kimberley. Any clinically appropriate prescriptions are issued separately, and medication is dispensed through a registered pharmacy with home delivery available. Supplement recommendations are also separate. We will always be transparent about costs before anything is arranged.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a pre-consultation health questionnaire. This helps Dr Kimberley prepare thoroughly for your appointment and ensures the time together is as focused and useful as possible. Please complete it before your consultation.
