I went into medicine because I wanted to make a real difference to people's lives. But the longer I spent in the NHS — across surgery, intensive care, orthopaedics, and general practice — the more I noticed the same problem: we are brilliant at treating illness, but we rarely get the time or the tools to prevent it.
A 10-minute GP appointment is not enough to talk honestly about where your health is heading, what your bloodwork actually means, or what you could do differently. I wanted to be able to have those conversations properly — with enough time, enough depth, and enough focus on the individual in front of me.
That is why I founded The Healthy Longevity Clinic.
Credentials & Training
I qualified from Imperial College London, where I was awarded the Glazer Prize and a Distinction in Clinical Practice. My early career spanned surgery, orthopaedics, and intensive care, before I moved into general practice with a particular focus on preventing and reversing chronic disease.
Alongside my clinical work, I held a leadership role as Chief Technology Officer at an NHS practice — giving me a perspective on healthcare that goes beyond the consulting room.
